Leaping into Dreams

Collaborating with subject matter experts, designers, geeks and facilitators to create cool and interactive in-person and virtual trainings for global audiences

Working with MSF since 2009 and still this organization continues to awe me.  After a decade working "in the field" in over 10 countries, I now get to work from home and create cool trainings for our managers and supervisors around the world. 

Published a few works and still dabble in the field of writing.  But really, every day is a writing and editing day and making efforts to keep all communications clear, kind, thought-provoking and above all, real. 

HR Collaborateur for start-ups, non-profits, and for over a decade with MSF.  Focused on being the person in HR you went to for the "Yes, and" response for whatever you were looking for.

Who was helping who?  The job was to help women find employment and get off welfare.   But what they did was help me understand the reality of poverty and the magic of never ever not taking the next indicated step. 

From ballroom dance instructor with Arthur Murray "back in the day" to West Coast Swing instructor out of my living room, these days I am thrilled to go back to taking lessons myself and having fun fun fun with movement and music.

I took the downsize package from the corporation I was working with at the time and applied some of those "re-education" funds to learn how to bartend (and dance).  Then went on to bartend and learn more about people than I ever imagined. 

Never ever stop learning.
