Expert facilitation is key to the success of every WoW course. Our WoW Facilitators do more than deliver content — they create the conditions for Slow Learning, supporting participants to reflect, practice, and gradually embed new skills, behaviors, and ways of working over time.

WoW facilitation teams invest time to master both the course content and its underlying pedagogy. This ensures a consistent, high-quality learning experience across contexts, reflected in consistently strong participant satisfaction with facilitators.

To support growth and maintain quality, the WoW team developed a 5-day Training of WoW Facilitators program. This onsite program was delivered throughout the history of the WoW strengthening recruitment and retention efforts, while building a shared foundation of facilitation skills and reinforcing consistency in program delivery across the expanding WoW portfolio.

As the WoW offer evolves, facilitators are continuously supported to develop new skills, enabling them to confidently lead active and engaging learning experiences that embodied our "slow learning" approach.
